Colleges & Universities

Providence, Rhode Island has undergone a complete transformation in the last 15 years.

In the late 1980s Providence removed a downtown railroad yard, covered waterways were uncovered, and two small rivers were diverted to create a stunning downtown waterfront.

Providence then concentrated on its intellectual assets, including medicine and academia, and has worked to create a business community that has strengthened the economic basis of the city. Providence is situated in the middle of the highest concentration of colleges and universities in the United States.

This makes Providence the perfect place to study.
