Armory

The Armory Revival Company was founded in 1986 in Providence’s historic Armory District. Since then, the Armory Revival Company has been the driving force in the revitalization of Providence’s West Side. We have a passion for historic properties, for interesting design and for creating distinctive places to live and work. Our mission is revitalize distressed and deteriorating neighborhoods and improve the quality of life for the communities we work in. We develop for residents and businesses across the full spectrum of our economy, from affordable housing and workplaces to the most expensive condominiums in the City, based on the needs and aspirations of the neighborhood.

 

The company has 25 employees including its three principals: Robert Dupre, Mark Van Noppen and Barry Preston. To date the Company has completed more than 550 residences and apartments and 400,000 sf of office commercial and retail space and has been recognized locally and nationally for the quality and imagination of its work.
